I arrived in Big Sky country in 2005. The moment I crossed into Gallatin County and saw the Bridger Mountains, I knew I was home.

Meet Kate

A love of horses brought Kate Bradley to Montana, but it was the area’s energy, warm and welcoming community and endless outdoor opportunities that roped her into staying and calling Bozeman home.

A Maine native, Kate competed in national horse competitions until 2005 when she came to Big Sky where she worked her way up to become the Equine Manager at The Club at Spanish Peaks. She discovered her passion for people during her 10 years in the guest services business. Now, years later, as an established licensed realtor, she enjoys getting to know her fellow Montanans while she helps them find their new backyards.

A mother of two, Kate balances her family with her real estate work, finding time to cross-country ski and horseback ride. Her love of all things Bozeman includes the people who make up the fabric of this community with their respect for the environment and laid-back attitudes. She’s also crazy about the local dining options that are impressively varied for a “quiet mountain town.” Kate is a tremendous fan of local non-profits, including the Gallatin Valley YMCA, Cancer Support Community and the Gallatin Valley Land Trust.

It’s not hard for Kate to list the reasons she loves Bozeman; ask her anytime for recommendations from local hikes to coffee shops. She’s happy to share!
